 Upon receipt of your enquiry we will contact you, by email, regarding your wedding away.
As this is your wedding, it is a special and very personal occasion. For this reason we want you to feel free to stay in touch with our office, and/or our agents at all times to help plan your dream wedding.
We check our email regularly. So we will respond to you within a day or two of your enquiry. If for some reason, you have not received a reply from us within a couple of days, please notify us again.
Once a wedding plan is agreed to, we will request your reservation deposit to secure your wedding date and time. Reservations will not be confirmed until receipt of a non-refundable deposit in the amount of 25% of the total wedding cost (AUD funds) has been received and processed.
Once you have selected your preferred options, email us for prices. We will return-email you with a full quote.
 Balance of the total wedding cost is required no less than two (2) weeks before your wedding day.
Payment can be made by bank cheque, credit card or wire transfer into our account.
Once a deposit has been received, your whole wedding will be booked.
Final payment is due no later than two weeks prior to the scheduled wedding date.
After you have arrived and settled at your hotel or place of residence, we will contact you. We will arrange a time to meet with you to go through your final wedding preparations and procedures.
All weddings are managed by our on-site wedding staff.

Terms and conditions: Only Weddings Away trained and professional staff may be booked for weddings booked with Weddings Away. For the smooth and stress-free operation of your wedding day, no other outside wedding service provider or service, not approved and trained by our office, will be allowed onto weddings.
